About Me

A little something about me.

I am a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor with over ten years experience of helping adults and young people to work through their emotional and psychological issues. I have worked in various counselling agencies, schools and higher education establishments and I now run a private practice from Coulsdon and Purley Surrey. I also lecture at the University of Brighton on the counselling skills module there.

I work with a diverse range of people and have experience of helping people with various difficulties including depression, anxiety, anger issues, relationship challenges, lack of confidence, bereavement and eating disorders.
