About Me

A little something about me.

I am a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor with over ten years experience of helping adults and young people to work through their emotional and psychological issues. I have worked in various counselling agencies, schools and higher education establishments and I now run a private practice from Coulsdon, Surrey and Brighton, Sussex.

I work with a diverse range of people and have experience of helping people with various difficulties including depression, anxiety, anger issues, relationship challenges, lack of confidence, bereavement and eating disorders.

My approach to psychotherapy and counselling is collaborative. I offer a supportive, confidential and boundaried space for us to explore your difficulties together, to make sense of your distress and to find a way to make the required changes in your life.

Training & Qualifications
I graduated from the University of Brighton with a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Therapeutic Counselling and an MSc in Psychotherapy.
I have also studied at the Institute of Arts and Therapy in Education and have a Diploma in the Therapeutic and Educational Application of the Arts.
